The Execution Director is responsible for facilitating the execution of enterprise iniatives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model;
Partners with the Enterprise Strategy team to facilitate information exchange and issue resolutions between the Execution Team and Work Streams, shared services partners and regulatory and legislative affairs teams.
Monitors projects, ensuring the program meets milestones, deliverables, budget and objectives.
Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
Collaborates to utilize lean capabilities for projects, tools and methodologies and ensures timely execution of projects.
Provides strategic direction and continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives (enterprise dependency, program solution delivery). Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coaches on implementation requirements.
Creates internal and external communication strategy.
Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8 years of experience in healthcare industry that includes large scale strategic planning, consulting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Ability to travel may be required.

Expert organizational and project management skills; ability to organize and structure programs and projects for effective execution
Business management or consulting experience

Initiative taker who is resourceful and able to leverage technology and innovation to solve challenges
Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities
Demonstrated strategic thinking and skills to execute the strategy. Ability to see the big picture and think end-to-end
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and quantitative problem-solving skills
Advanced experience with information visualization; ability to highlight trends and outliers. Ability to tell a story by removing the noise from data/information and highlight the useful information.
Experience with planning and leading operational readiness and change management (ProSci ADKAR)
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong listener and problem-solver
Expert engagement and communication skills with proven ability to create clear, concise and tactful messages
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and simply– both verbally and in writing
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Create and edit visual content including presentations, charts, and graphs. Transforms information sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.
Strong business acumen
Efficient collaboration and time management skills
Expert experience with multiple delivery models including Agile SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid
Expert experience with Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Service Now
Ability to create a strong reputation and credibility with stakeholders and customers
Very strong customer service attitude and a high level of professionalism
