The Strategy and Program Development Director is r esponsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth, compliance, and optimal operational performance . Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and success criteria for the future.
Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment.
Monitors related legislation and advise senior management relative to compliance.
Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities.
Assists in creating the company's strategic and annual plans.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of business planning and project activities.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry are strongly preferred. MBA preferred. Ability to travel may be required.
Experience performing business analysis and executing optimization efforts
Knowledge of clinical and/or utilization management programs
Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid requirements
Six Sigma or Lean certification

Annual Salary Range*: $129,024 - $161,280
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
