Location: This is a Work-At-Home Opportunity. The selected candidate can reside in any State.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on customer-facing digital products that serve 10s of millions of health plan members. You will act as a mini – entrepreneur to build innovative new digital products that will deliver an excellent customer experience. Great opportunity to work with market research, understand customer insight, drive innovation, and launch the product to market.
How you will make an impact: The Digital Product Manager Senior is responsible for the ongoing strategic development of new and existing capabilities of digital products from inception to launch and lifecycle. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and interpret market research and competitive intelligence to determine ways to competitively enhance product capabilities.
Partners with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction.
Participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled.
Work with the design team to organize and evaluate results from usability studies.
Evaluate how variations in the product design can impact its overall effectiveness.
Oversee development and maintenance of products
Experience owning/building digital product features in an agile environment
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior direct to consumer and/or healthcare industry digital experience preferred. Scaled agile experience is strongly preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $96,852 - $121,065
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
