Client Success Manager
As a part of the Omnichannel Digital Marketing Org the Client Success Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, analyzing their needs, and directing them to the best technology solution.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Acting as a strategic partner to clients, leverage key Omnichannel Digital Marketing experts to ensure learning and best practices are executed broadly across the organization.
Serving as the initial point of contact for campaigns launching in the Omnichannel Digital Marketing organize and pull in the right project managers for each unique campaign.
Accountability for on-time delivery of components by the Omnichannel Digital Marketing Team and client communications.
Working with marketing areas to ensure they are effectively leveraging and finding value in Omnichannel Digital Marketing Team capabilities
Becoming an expert in Omnichannel Digital Marketing Team capabilities and educate customers on the use and benefits of our tools.
Advocating for the client while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Omnichannel Digital Marketing Leadership.
Requires BA/BS degree; 8 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Previous client and/or vendor management experience
Knowledge of SEO, paid media, email, SMS, and/or microsite development preferred
Healthcare industry experience
