The Business Change Manager Sr.
Employer Solutions is looking for a Business Change Manager Sr. This professional will serve as a Chief of Staff, the right hand “person” of the Staff Vice President, and help make her a superhero! By being a member of the inner circle, this professional will provide a wide range of strategic support that will allow her to increase her leverage throughout the organization. An incredible work ethic, amazing communication skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to work under pressure with great urgency are critical to success. Equally as important, you can do anything since you have found creative ways to solve problems and aren’t afraid of a challenge.
Strategic Initiatives: oversee strategic initiatives from development through execution on behalf of the Staff Vice President. Partner with the sVP on solving key issues that directly impact the success of the company.
Operations: responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Office of the sVP including triage and remediation of escalations. Run, attend and participate in Senior Leadership, Executive and Steering Committee meetings. Attend non-critical meetings on behalf of the sVP and report back synthesized key information
Knowledge Management: keep a pulse on all facets of the organization and gather/prioritize information that is critical for the sVP to function optimally. Provide the sVP with real-time feedback on organizational structure, processes and issues.
Communications: Develop and deploy the external & internal communications on behalf of the department.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
