Location: Nationwide. The selected candidate must be able to work any of the Time Zone hours (EST, PST or CST)
The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Interprets and supports plan benefit design.
Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.
Makes routine account visits.
Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications: Account management experience preferred. Travel may be required.

Annual Salary Range*: $53,504 - $80,256
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
