The Business Change Manager, Sr. is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
What does a typical day look like?
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages end-to-end, high-profile projects for the business and ensures successful implementation.
Develops and maintains all project documentation including detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and SharePoint sites.
Coordinates efforts between stakeholders and project managers in various departments (i.e. business, IT, etc.).
Interacts with external clients and presents clear and professional information.
Provides frequent status and dashboard reports to management.
Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process.
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
What You Contribute:
Requires a BA/BS degree
8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
PMP certification strongly desired.
Experience in health care and contact centers preferred.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
Must be able to deliver presentations confidently to both in-person and virtual audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Must be able to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
What We Have to Offer:
Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $87,120 – 108,900 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. * The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
