Manager, HR Administration The Manager, HR Administration is responsible for the overall management of HR Services; including managing Unemployment, RIF process, HR compliance, separation notices, translation and reporting. Primary duties include but not limited to:
Setting the strategy for the HR Administration team
Partnering with HRBP business partners and employees to deliver HR services.
Building partnerships with HRBPs to understand future needs and support from team
Requires a BA/BS; 2+ years of people management experience; 5+ years experience in HR administration; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
Master's Degree preferred
