Process Improvement Coordinator

Open to most locations including New York, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Wisconsin, Missouri, Nevada, California, Colorado, Georgia, Virginia, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine

The Process Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements. This particular role will focus on process improvement as well as project support, automation, and overall improvements. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Documents current workflow.

  • Identifies areas at risk.

  • Develops recommendations for changed/new processes.

  • Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties.

  • Coordinates implementation and monitors post-implementation.

  • Makes necessary adjustments as needed.

  • May act as lead in providing direction to lower-level associates in the department.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 3-5 years experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Annual Salary Range*: $60,480 - $75,600

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
