Please note, this is not an IT position . Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyzes complex business problems, processes, data, and stakeholder requirements and recommends solutions.
Creates specific business applications, database tools, and reporting to address complex business and operations needs.
Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements will be incorporated into systems, reporting, and procedures.
Acts as a resource to providers, provider solutions, contract management, and health economics to address questions/issues.
May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, database, and reporting skills.
Experience interpreting contract language and writing policies and procedures.
Interfacing experience with multi-function internal teams.

Requires a BS/BA degree, 5-7 years of business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
